🇧🇷 São 23 anos nesse esporte que mudou a minha vida, em novembro de 2019 recebi o certificado do 3º grau da faixa preta das mãos do meu mestre @luizcarlosdagmar @teamcarecajiujitsu e hoje formalizei junto com a minha família do tatame aqui nos EUA esse grau pelas mãos do meu irmão @christophoros_constantinidis @atos_orlando sou grato a Deus que me permitiu chegar até aqui, grato a minha família, ao meu mestre careca e ao meu irmão chris por todo o carinho. 🇺🇸 It's 23 years in this sport that changed my life, in November 2019 I received the certificate of the 3rd degree of the black belt from the hands of my master @luizcarlosdagmar @teamcarecajiujitsu and today I formalized this degree together with my family on the mat here in the USA from my brother @christophoros_constantinidis @atos_orlando I am grateful to God who allowed me to come here, grateful to my family, my bald master and my brother Chris for all the affection.
