Bati um papo com meu amigo e grande Mestre Sylvio Behring sobre a estréia do sobrinho Kywan e meu filho Ryan conversou com amigos/alunos da Roger Gracie academia em Londres cobre a estreia no cage do Bellator .
My expectations of Kywan’s debut fight will be showcasing all the tools necessary for a complete MMA fighter.
He has been working hard on his striking to back up his high level grappling game.
I expect that Kywan will take his time in his approach to the fight and feel out his opponent keeping the fight on its feet at the beginning. Playing the patient game and not over committing.
When necessary he will close the distance through an exchange to take the fight to the ground either finishing with a submission or win by ground and pound.

Ryan Leite: My very first jiu-jítsu class was taken by Kywan and from that moment I’ve had a role model to aspire to surpass one day.
He carries himself with absolute confidence as if the walls and mats belonged to him and no one else. He visibly changes into a different person when he’s training, his demeanour becomes super focused as the likeable joker prepares for combat.
As it’s very early in his MMA career, it’s difficult to predict what he will do but the only outcome he sees is victory and that vision extends to those who train with him.

" Desde pequeno , acompanho meu irmão Marcelo Behring querendo ser um lutador de Vale Tudo , ele começou a treinar mais tarde porque era muito difícil coloca lo numa turma aos 4 anos por ser muito irrequieto, isso quando meu pai levava que era mais fácil controla- lo , era muito encrenqueiro , hiperativo e ele levava isso além da fronteira do tatame . Quando adulto eu casei e a Márcia ficou grávida minha ex esposa pessoa espetacular que criou muito bem nossos filhos , e em meio disso o Marcelo com sua competitividade que ele tinha , não queria e nem admitia ficar pra trás e também queria um filho , mas não poderia ser um filho qualquer , ele teria que ser um Gracie, a Kirla tinha ficado viúva e ele se apaixonou por ela , que sempre foi linda , ele aproveitou para se aproximar , abraçou a oportunidade cheio de amor , e começaram a namorar , casaram se e tiveram o Kywan , ela já tinha um filho , mas o Kywan seguiu com o pai poucos anos , acho que uns 5 anos quando Marcelo faleceu, mas de qualquer maneira aquele espírito , a cara do Marcelo, desde pequeno , molequinho , cara de safado , pilhado, folgado , fofo, ... um futuro lutador, estava na cara dele , cheio de atitude e com a mesma energia do Marcelo , o pouco tempo de convivência com o pai foi o suficiente para molda lo como ele exatamente é !
E cada vez mais ele encontra esse lado destemido , , desde que foi morar em Londres ele desde novo procurou viver com muita intensidade , como era característica do pai dele, que sempre viveu assim, procurava sempre se destacar, com alguns excessos na vida , o moleque foi virando um gigante e o Roger abraçou ele, deu uma direção na vida dele.
A minha expectativa dele no Bellator ... ando acompanhando ele, estive em Nova Iorque com ele poucos dias mas consegui dar uns toques no que ele poderia fazer afinal a linguagem dos que estão com ele é a mesma , e são os melhores , logo o que eu disse deve ser a mesma coisa que estão falando pra ele e até muito mais porquê o que eu sei é muito pouco, sou professor do básico né Olivar você me conhece , não sou professor do complicado , eu não sei muita coisa, eu sei aquilo ali e pronto , sei fazer o cara ficar bom naquilo ali, a base eu faço , mas esse moleque chega ao Bellator muito bem, como poucos tiveram a oportunidade de estrear, muitos também terão boas estreias mas durante o percurso tem muito percalços que atrapalham chegar na condição ideal principalmente psicológica , a energia dele tá muito forte, vou ligar aqui pra ele pra gente conversar , estou muito confiante que ele vai estrear com o coração, com determinação , usando sabedoria para fazer as coisas certas , procurando não errar com a cabeça sempre fria , botar em prática no trabalho, pois ali é um trabalho com muita intensidade , não existe violência mas agressividade, se você quiser vencer tem que demostrar poder , é isso que eu espero dele e é isso que eu sei que vou encontrar , espero Olivar que ele tenha acesso a esse meu depoimento antes da luta , o meu recado pra ele é " vai meu filho, vá e vença ! " pois o Gracie Behering tá ai, chegou !
Rs estou muito feliz pela oportunidade, independente do resultado sabemos que temos sempre algo a fazer e eu tenho certeza que o resultado é a vitória mas que ele saiba que mesmo com a vitória nós temos sempre o que melhorar , temos que manter sempre essa mentalidade, não é bater palma pra qualquer vitória nem chorar por qualquer derrota e sim saber encontrar o positivo e negativo em cada experiência , isso é uma profissão, tá escolhendo então vamos lá , vai fazer o trabalho direito com a energia e potencial que tem com respaldo dos primos principalmente do Robsinho sempre ali tão próximo , o Neiman , todo aquele pessoal de Londres , o Roger, o Roger é o cara é o paizão do Kywan junto com o Maurição , são os caras que cuidam dele e toda aquela galera fantástica do Roger em Londres que ajudam muito e só ele pra nomear e agradecer, mas com certeza ajudaram muito ele.
Te agradecer muito Olivar meu irmão e agradecer teu filho que está ajudando o Kywan e a você nessa matéria.
Minha expectativa para a luta de estreia de Kywan é mostrar todas as ferramentas necessárias para um lutador de MMA completo.
Ele tem trabalhado duro em sua trocação para fazer backup de seu jogo de grappling de alto nível.
Espero que Kywan leve o seu tempo na abordagem da luta e sinta o oponente mantendo a luta em pé no início. Jogar o jogo paciente e não se comprometer demais.
Quando necessário ele vai diminuir a distância através de uma troca para levar a luta para o chão finalizando com finalização ou vitória por ground and pound.
